摘要: 本文提出了一种基于枝节加载谐振器的三通带滤波器的设计方案。由奇偶模理论对六模谐振器进行分析可知,该谐振器的截止频点与开路枝节的电长度和特性导纳相关。该滤波器采用LTCC工艺和加载接地电容结构降低器件的尺寸,利用枝节对称结构降低设计复杂程度。经过原理计算及三维电磁场仿真优化,最终设计的带通滤波器尺寸为4.8 mm×4.2 mm×1.5 mm。最后经过加工测试对比,通带内回波损耗均优于10 dB,带外抑制均超过15 d B,该设计方案能够满足实际需求,可以用于对于多频段通信有需求的射频前端。Abstract: This paper presents a design scheme of three-pass band filter based on the branch loaded resonator. The cutoff frequency of the resonator is related to the electrical length and characteristic admittance of the open branch. LTCC process and grounding capacitance structure are used to reduce the size of the filter,and the branch symmetry structure is used to reduce the complexity of the design. After theoretical calculation and 3 d electromagnetic field simulation optimization,the size of the band-pass filter is 4.8 mm × 4.2 mm × 1.5 mm. With processing test and comparison,the in-band echo loss is less than 10 dB,and the out-of-band suppression is more than 15 dB. Therefore,it can conclude that this design scheme can meet the actual requirements and can be used for the RF front-end with requirements for multi-band communication.
