羧甲基淀粉基高吸水树脂去除重金属离子研究

Performance of Carboxymethyl Starch Super Absorbent Resin’s Removing Heavy Metal Ions

  • 摘要: 本文以羧甲基马铃薯淀粉为原料合成了高吸水树脂,研究该高吸水树脂的合成条件和环境对其去除溶液中的重金属离子能力的影响,主要包括交联剂用量(0.1mg-0.6mg)、中和度大小(20-80%)、重金属离子起始浓度(20-100mg/L)和溶液pH值(2-6)的影响;研究结果表明:该类高吸水树脂去除溶液中重金属离子的能力随合成该树脂时交联剂用量的增加而增大,而随单体中和度增大,先增大后减小,随重金属离子初始浓度的增加,去除率增大,高吸水树脂对浓度为100mg/L的Cu2+、Zn2+、Cr(VI)溶液中重金属离子的最大去除率分别为55.5%、90.5%和88.3%。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,super absorbent resin was synthesized using carboxymethyl potato starch to.The effect of synthesis condition and environment on the capacity that super absorbent resin remove heavy metal ions from aqueous solution were researched.It includes the mass of cross-linker(0.1mg-0.6mg)to synthesize this super absorbent resin,the percent of neutralization(20-80%),the initial concentration of heavy metal ions(20-100mg/L) and pH(2-6) of solution.The results show that the removal capacity is stronger with the increase of cross-linker,but it first increases and after decreases with increasing of the percent of neutralization.The removal capacity increases with increasing of initial concentration.Super absorbent resin’s,to Cu2+,the biggest removal efficiency is 55.5%,to Zn2+ is 90.5%,to Cr(VI) is 88.3% at 100mg/L concentration.
