Fe基纳米晶LC回路的磁敏特性研究

Magnetic sensitivity of LC-circuit contained Fe-based nanocrystalline ribbon

  • 摘要: 通过Fe基纳米晶磁芯电感(LN)与由其并联电容构成的LC回路(LCN)的阻抗频谱曲线和磁阻抗曲线的比较分析,发现LCN磁阻抗比值(△Z/Z0)和磁敏线性区间都比LN大得多,LCN存在特征频率:fr0frhmaxfr,依据特征频率可以确定磁阻抗曲线的形状,实现LCN磁感灵敏度、磁敏线性区间等磁敏特性的有效调控。

     

    Abstract: Experimental curves of magneto-impedance for LCN(a LC-circuit contained Fe-based nanocrystalline ribbon)and for LN(a coil contained Fe-based nanocrystalline ribbon)were presented.The curves for LCN were compared with those for LN.It is found that, the mag neto-impedanceratio(△Z/Z0) of LCN ishigher than that of LN, the li near range of △Z/Z0 changed is larger for LCN than for LN.In addition,the reare ch aracteristic frequenciesin the cur ves of magneto-impedance for LCN.According to the characteristic frequencies fr0,frhmax, fr, the formation of curves of magneto-impedance for LCN can bededuced,and the magnetic sensitivity of LCN, the linear range of △Z/Z0 changed can be controlled effectively.
