Development of A New Kind of High Resolutin Ratio And High Sensitivity Micro Magnetic Sensor Based on Giant Magneto-Impedance

  • 摘要: 为设计一种高分辨率高灵敏度的巨磁阻抗效应非晶丝微磁传感器,通过对非晶丝材料的热处理、非晶丝探头设计、电路设计和器件选型,研制出了分辨率可达2nT,灵敏度在1608mV/Gs的非晶丝磁传感器,实验结果说明改善非晶丝材料热处理方法和非晶丝探头设计,优化激励、检波和滤波电路和器件能够有效提高巨磁阻抗效应非晶丝微磁传感器的分辨率和灵敏度。

     

    Abstract: In order to design a high resolution and high sensitivity amorphous wire magnetic sensor based on giant magneto-impedance,through heat treatment of amorphous wire material,design of amorphous wire probe,circuit design and device selection,an amorphous wire magnetic sensor with resolution up to 2 nT and sensitivity of 1608 mV/Gs was developed. The experimental results show that improving the heat treatment method of amorphous wire material and probe design of amorphous wire and optimizing excitation,detection and filtering circuits and device are important means to improve the resolution and sensitivity of amorphous wire magnetic sensor based on giant magneto-impedance.
