低维硫属化物晶体的合成研究进展

Development of low dimension chalcogenides crystals synthesis

  • 摘要: 金属硫属化物是指含有ⅥA族S2-、Se2-、Te2-元素的化合物,它们在半导体领域、配位化学、固体化学及红外探测设备中具有不可替代的重要性。这类化合物主要包括Ⅱ-Ⅵ族和Ⅳ-Ⅵ族化合物半导体以及多元金属硫属化物(尤其是过渡金属硫化物),其合成几乎涉及所有的晶体生长方法,如:薄膜生长法、高温合成方法、电化学方法、溶剂热合成等。本文综述了低维硫属化物几种合成方法的优缺点及其新进展。

     

    Abstract: The low dimension chalcogenides are of indispensable importance in semi-conductor fields,coordination chemistry, solid chemistry and infrared detective devices. These compounds include II-VI main-group semi-conductor compounds, IV-VI main-group semiconductor compounds and multi-metal chalcogenides (especially transition metal chalcogenides). The recent developments of synthesis of low dimension chalcogenide such as high temperature synthesis, electrochemical synthesis, solvothermal synthesis and advantages and disadvantages of these syntheses is reviewed.
