Sc元素对铜包铝镁母线性能的影响

The effect of Sc on the performance of copper clad aluminum magnesium busbar

  • 摘要: 铜包铝镁合金导线因其大大节约铜资源,有很高的经济效益,同时又能保持同种使用条件下电学性能而广泛的应用在高频信号线缆中。本文在Al-1.2Mg的铝镁合金中添加微量的Sc元素,通过研究组织结构、力学性能、耐热性和电导率等性能指标来分析Al-Mg-Sc合金材料做为导线材料的可行性。结果表明:微量的Sc元素后,Al-Mg合金的晶粒得到显著的细化,电导率会有所下降,但其力学性能得到很大的提升和优化,且耐热性良好。这为五系铝合金导线作为中高强度电力电缆的应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Copper clad aluminum magnesium alloy wires have extensive application in the high frequency signal cable. It can greatly save copper resources to create high economic benefits,also keep the excellent electrical performance under the same working condition. In this paper,adding trace elements of Sc to Al-1. 2Mg alloys,the structure,mechanical properties,heat resistance and electric conductivity performance were analyzed to discuss the feasibility of Al-Mg-Sc alloys used as the conductor materials. The results show that adding trace elements of Sc could significantly refine grain size,and greatly improve the mechanical properties. Meanwhile,Al-Mg-Sc alloys could obtain good heat resistance,but the electrical conductivity decreased slightly. This provided the possibility that the 5 series aluminum alloy wires couldbe used in the application of high strength power cable.
