琼脂隔膜MnO2/C超级电容器的研究

摘要: 通过液相法制备了α相和γ相组成的纤维状MnO2电极材料,并以琼脂为基体,通过聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)改性,制备了新型超级电容器隔膜材料。当PAM含量达到800ppm时,改性琼脂膜的吸液率与保液率分别为400.1%和335.1%,且隔膜韧性也得到改善。应用此隔膜的MnO2/C超级电容器放电比容量可达23.4F/cm3,比琼脂膜提高了49%,此时ESR仅为54mΩ,同时千次循环容量衰减幅度仅为10%。Abstract: Fiber-like MnO2 was synthesized by liquid -phase reaction. By adding PAM modifier tothe agar, a new type of supercapacitor membrane was prepared in order to improve the general perfor-mance of agar. When the amount of PAM is 800ppm in the modified agar, the absorbency reaches400.1%, the rate of rention reaches 335.1%, the discharge capacity is 23.4F/cm3 in the MnO2/Csupercapacitor. Other properties, such as cycle life, ESR and toughness are also improved.
