铽改性铌酸锶钡晶体的介电性和热电性
Dielectric and pyroelectric properties of terbium modified barium stromtium niobate crystals

摘要: 用铽改性SBN晶体能有效地改善晶体的性质。实验测量了铽改性Sr0.61Ba0.39Nb2O6晶体的电容率和热电系数。实部ε'r1和虚部ε''r1分别在100K和55K附近有峰。电容率的温度系数TCεr3和TCεr1在55 K附近都峰化。在90 K以下,检测出100方向存在热电性。这些实验结果证明,该晶体存在低温铁电-铁电相变。Abstract: The dielectric permittivity and pyroelectric coefficient of Tb-modified Sr0.61Ba0.39Nb2O6 crystals were measured.There is a peak of the real part ε'r1 and the imaginary part ε″r1 around 100 K and 55 K respectively.And both the temperature coefficients peaks of the permittivity,TCεr3 and TCεr1,are around 55 K.Below 90 K,pyroelectricity is detected along the 100 direction.These experimental results evidence a low temperature ferroelectric-ferroelectric phase transition in these crystals.
