制备高温超导块材的新型处理工艺概述

Overview of the new processing technology for the preparation of high-temperature superconducting bulks

  • 摘要: 高温超导块材REBa2Cu3O7-δ(RE为稀土材料, 即Y, Gd, Sm等)的临界电流密度和捕获磁通强度性能是影响超导块材在工程应用中的重要因素。要实现该类材料的产业化应用, 必须解决下面几点的技术难题。一是要建立一套成熟的制备工艺, 实现单畴超导块材的批量化制备。二是制备的超导块材的性能要比较高(包括磁悬浮力、磁通捕获等), 以满足产业化生产的技术指标。这就需要样品具有较大的尺寸且具有较大临界电流密度。文章综述了近几年来REBa2Cu3O7-δ超导块材的几种新型制备方法, 为超导块材的实际应用提供了一定的实验数据。

     

    Abstract: The performance of the critical current density and the trapped magnetic flux performance of REBa2Cu3O7-δ(RE, rare earth ma-terial) high-temperature superconductor bulks are important factors to affect the engineering applications of the superconductor bulks. To realize the industrial application of this kind of materials, the followed technical problems must be solved. One is a mature production process to realize the batch production of single-domain superconductor bulks by a nature production process, The other is the performance of the prepared superconductor bulk should be relatively high, such as magnetic levitation force, magnetic flux capture, etc, in order to meet the technical indicators of industrial production. The sample with a larger size and a larger critical current density is required. This article reviews the preparation methods of REBa2Cu3O7-δ superconductor bulks in recent years, provides a certain theoretical basis for the practical application of superconductor bulks.
