Abstract:
The samples of ZnO-based conductive ceramics have been prepared by doping ZnO materials with Co, Nb and Y elements. Influence of doping amount and method on the resistivity of ZnO-based conductive ceramics is investigated. Y(NO

3 sol dopants with Ti are fabricated by a sol-gel process and compared with Y2O3 solid phase additives, the results show that ZnO-based conductive ceramics of very low resistivity at room temperature can be prepared by use of Y(NO

3 sol dopants with Ti, the resistivity is as low as 3.38 × 10
-2Ω·m and the amount of Y(NO
