Wideband Parallel Coupled Gradient Impedance Converter

  • 摘要: 针对宽带化和稳定性阻抗匹配的实现,利用平行耦合线与非连续性渐变微带线结合的阻抗变换器,设计出一个具有宽频带和良好回波损耗的阻抗转换器完成所需要的不平衡阻抗间转换。讨论该结构对阻抗匹配的影响,并利用仿真软件验证回波损耗小于-10 dB频段的相对带宽为70%(1350~2750 MHz),其中中心频率2.2GHz处回波损耗值为-17dB。通过电磁仿真软件验证利用结合非连续的渐变线结合耦合线结构设计的阻抗变换器相比传统阶梯阻抗变换器带内剧烈变化有带内平坦性和扩频稳定性,适用于多频天线和功率放大器等设备终端。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve the impedance matching of wideband and stability, an impedance converter with a combination of parallel coupling lines and gradual microstrip lines is used to complete the required conversion between unequal impedance by designing an impedance converter with broad band and good return loss through electromagnetic simulation software.The influence of the structure on the return loss is discussed. The relative bandwidth of the return loss less than-10 dB is 70%(1350 ~ 2750 MHz), and the return loss value at the center frequency 2.2 GHz is negative 17 dB.Compared with the traditional stepped impedance converter, it has better in-band flatness and stability, and is suitable for multi-frequency antennas and power amplifiers.
