Abstract:
A tetrad system PMN-PCW-PFN-PT ceramic thick film (CTF) and the electroluminescent (EL) device using the CTF as insulator have been manufactured. The CTFEL device can be driven at 50Hz between 30~110 Volts, and may be used as indicator or label lamp in secure electric network. The electroluminescent performance of the EL devices with differently processed ceramic thick film has been detailly investigated. It is shown that the processing conditions such as ceramic base, printing and sintering ways and sintering temperature are the influence factors for the ceramic thick film and their EL device.
