以陶瓷厚膜为绝缘层的电致发光器件研究

THE ELECTROLUMINESCENT DEVICE USING THE CERAMIC THICK FILM AS INSULATOR

  • 摘要: 研制了以四元系组分PMN-PT-PFN-PCW陶瓷厚膜为绝缘层的电致发光器件,对陶瓷厚膜的制备条件和制得的厚膜与器件的发光性能的关系进行了详细的研究。特别对基片要求和印刷烧制等工艺进行了探讨。

     

    Abstract: A tetrad system PMN-PCW-PFN-PT ceramic thick film (CTF) and the electroluminescent (EL) device using the CTF as insulator have been manufactured. The CTFEL device can be driven at 50Hz between 30~110 Volts, and may be used as indicator or label lamp in secure electric network. The electroluminescent performance of the EL devices with differently processed ceramic thick film has been detailly investigated. It is shown that the processing conditions such as ceramic base, printing and sintering ways and sintering temperature are the influence factors for the ceramic thick film and their EL device.
