镍铁基析氧催化剂及其电解海水制氢应用研究
Research on NiFe-based Oxygen Evolution Reaction Catalysts and Application in Electrolytic Seawater Hydrogen Production

摘要: 直接电解海水制氢技术具有广阔的应用前景, 但析氧电极反应动力学缓慢和析氯副反应, 严重制约了该技术的规模化应用。因此, 开发高效的析氧电催化剂, 提升析氧反应速率、避免析氯副反应发生成为其研究热点。镍铁基催化剂因具备高析氧催化活性、价格低廉等优点而备受关注。本文综述了镍铁基析氧催化剂和电极反应机理以及对应催化剂在电解海水制氢中的最新进展, 并探讨了镍铁基催化剂的发展方向, 为电解海水制氢析氧电极的发展提供参考。Abstract: Direct electrolysis of seawater for hydrogen production has broad application prospects, but the slow kinetics of the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and the side reaction of chlorine evolution severely limit the large-scale application of this technology.Therefore, developing efficient OER catalysts to enhance the OER rate and avoid chlorine evolution reaction has become a research focus.Nickel-ironbased catalysts are highly regarded for their high oxygen evolution catalytic activity and low cost.This article reviews the nickel-iron-based OER catalysts, electrode reaction mechanisms, and the latest developments of these catalysts in electrolysis of seawater for hydrogen production.It also discusses the future direction of NiFe-based catalysts, providing a reference for the development of OER electrodes in seawater electrolysis for hydrogen production.
