Abstract:
In this paper, the Na
2O-K
2O-Nb
2O
3-B
2O
3-SiO
2-xCeO
2 system is used as glass system, and the(Na, K)NbO
3 glass is prepared by melting method. Nb
2O
5, K
2CO
3, Na
2CO
3, SiO
2, H
3BO
3 and CeO
2 are used as raw materials.(Na, K)NbO
3 glass ceramics were prepared by mixing, melting, forming, annealing and crystallization. The effect of different CeO
2 content on microstructure and dielectric property of(Na, K)NbO
3 glass-ceramics are investigated. The experimental results show that in the five groups of(Na, K)NbO
3 glass-ceramics, the crystal gradually precipitates with the increasing amount of CeO
2, the crystal shape become more regular and the distribution is more uniform. When the doping amount of CeO
2 is 3%, the(Na, K)NbO
3 glass-ceramics have excellent microstructure and obtain the best ferroelectric properties.
