CeO2的含量对(Na, K)NbO3铁电玻璃陶瓷铁电性能的影响

Effect of CeO2 Content on Ferroelectric Properties of (Na, K) NbO3 Ferroelectric Glass-ceramics

  • 摘要: 本文以Na2O-K2O-Nb2O3-B2O3-SiO2-xCeO2为玻璃系统,采用高温熔融法制备(Na, K)NbO3基质玻璃,以五氧化二铌(Nb2O5)、碳酸钾(K2CO3)、碳酸钠(Na2CO3)、二氧化硅(SiO2)、硼酸(H3BO3)和氧化铈(CeO2)为原料,经混合、熔融、成型、退火和晶化制得了(Na/K)NbO3玻璃陶瓷样品,通过掺杂CeO2稀土元素来研究CeO2加入量对(Na, K)NbO3玻璃陶瓷微观形貌及介电性能的影响。结果表明,在制备的5组铌酸钾钠玻璃陶瓷中,随着CeO2的加入量的逐渐增大,晶体逐渐析出,形状愈加规则,分布更加均匀,当CeO2掺杂量为3%时,铌酸钾钠玻璃陶瓷具有优良的微观形貌,获得了最佳的铁电性能。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the Na2O-K2O-Nb2O3-B2O3-SiO2-xCeO2 system is used as glass system, and the(Na, K)NbO3 glass is prepared by melting method. Nb2O5, K2CO3, Na2CO3, SiO2, H3BO3 and CeO2 are used as raw materials.(Na, K)NbO3 glass ceramics were prepared by mixing, melting, forming, annealing and crystallization. The effect of different CeO2 content on microstructure and dielectric property of(Na, K)NbO3 glass-ceramics are investigated. The experimental results show that in the five groups of(Na, K)NbO3 glass-ceramics, the crystal gradually precipitates with the increasing amount of CeO2, the crystal shape become more regular and the distribution is more uniform. When the doping amount of CeO2 is 3%, the(Na, K)NbO3 glass-ceramics have excellent microstructure and obtain the best ferroelectric properties.
