基于酰亚胺类小分子的有机场效应晶体管研究进展

Research Progress of Organic Field Effect Transistors Based on Imides

  • 摘要: 有机场效应晶体管(Organic Field-Effect Transistors, OFETs)具有材料来源广、制作较为容易、各项性能良好等优点, 具有光明的应用前景。其中尤为突出的一类合成材料就是本文要介绍的酰亚胺类小分子, 这类小分子具有制备工艺简单、成本低廉而且性能优异的优点, 并且还处于新兴阶段, 有很巨大的研究和应用价值。近年来酰亚胺类小分子在OFETs方面的研究也取得了突破性进展, 受到广泛关注。本文综述了近些年以酰亚胺类小分子为材料制备的OFETs的研究进展, 阐述了OFETs的工作原理和一些应用方向。重点介绍了近年来以酰亚胺这类简单小分子制备的不同种类的OFETs及其各项性能, 并对以酰亚胺类小分子为代表的n型OFETs的应用前景进行了展望, 旨在对今后的相关研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Organic field effect transistors, also named OFETs, have advantages of wide material sources, easy fabrication and good performance, which are known for the bright application prospects. One of the most prominent synthetic materials is the imide small molecules introduced in this paper. These molecules have advantages of simple preparation process, low cost and excellent performance. They are still in the emerging stage and have great research and application value. In recent years, the research on OFETs has also made a breakthrough and attracted extensive attention. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress of OFETs made of imide small molecules in recent years, and expounds the working principle and some application directions of OFETs. In order to provide some reference for relevant research in the future, it focuses on different types of OFETs prepared with simple small molecules such as imide and their properties in recent years, and the application prospect of n-type OFETs represented by small molecules such as imide.
