  • 摘要: 本文综述了反熔丝在现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)和一次可编程存储器(OTP)中的应用, 以及未来作为三维通用人工智能(3D-AI)推理处理器的前景。本文还对反熔丝ON态的导通和老化机理进行了分析, 并建立了紧凑模型和失效模型。

     

    Abstract: This paper reviews the applications of antifuse in field programmable gate array (FPGA) and one time programmable (OTP), and its potential application in 3-D general-purpose AI (3D-AI) inference processor. The conduction and aging mechanisms of an antifuse in ON state are studied. Compact and failure models are also built.
