Abstract:
In this paper, the effects of Ti
4+ on the dielectric constant, curie temperature, saturation magnetization and resonance linewidth of garnet ferrite material prepared by ceramic process were studied. The results show that, with the increase of the substitution content, the saturation magnetization and curie temperature decreased, dielectric constant and resonance linewidth increased. When the content of Ti
4+ was 0.7, the dielectric constant was about 16, and the resonance linewidth increased slightly, the dielectric constant was more than 20 at
x=1.0, but the resonance linewidth increased largely.
