Effect of Ti4+ Substitution on the Microwave Properties of Garnet Ferrite Material

  • 摘要: 采用普通陶瓷工艺制备石榴石铁氧体材料, 研究Ti4+取代对其介电常数ε′、居里温度θc、饱和磁化强度Ms、铁磁共振线宽ΔH等性能的影响。研究表明, 随着Ti4+取代量的增加, 材料的饱和磁化强度Ms、居里温度θc降低, 材料介电常数ε′和铁磁共振线宽ΔH增大。当Ti4+含量x=0.7时, 材料的介电常数ε′达到16, 铁磁共振线宽ΔH没有明显增大。当x=1.0时, 材料的介电常数ε′超过20, 但铁磁共振线宽ΔH显著增高。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the effects of Ti4+ on the dielectric constant, curie temperature, saturation magnetization and resonance linewidth of garnet ferrite material prepared by ceramic process were studied. The results show that, with the increase of the substitution content, the saturation magnetization and curie temperature decreased, dielectric constant and resonance linewidth increased. When the content of Ti4+ was 0.7, the dielectric constant was about 16, and the resonance linewidth increased slightly, the dielectric constant was more than 20 at x=1.0, but the resonance linewidth increased largely.
