变电站用锂电池替代铅酸电池可行性分析

Application analysis of lithium ion battery in substation

  • 摘要: 变电站直流系统中的电池组为整个直流电源系统设备网络提供电源, 电池的安全性决定了变电站的安全, 常配置铅酸电池, 但其电压波动大、容量衰减快、低温性能差、酸污染对环境有害。本文对铅酸电池和磷酸铁锂电池进行了研究, 从循环性能、能量密度、温度性能、安全性能、经济全方位做了综合比较, 系统性分析了磷酸铁锂电池替代铅酸电池的可能性, 从而为选择最适合变电站使用的电源系统提供了理论指导。

     

    Abstract: The battery in the substation can provide energy for the power supply system, the safety of the battery is very important. Lead-acid batteries are commonly used, but its voltage is instability, capacity decays very quickly, low temperature performance is poor. This paper compared lead-acid battery with lithium ion battery, analyzed their cycle performance, energy density, temperature performance, safety performance and economy, offered a proposal of replacing lead-acid battery with lithium ion battery, provided a theoretical guidance for selecting the most suitable power supply system for substation.
