磁性聚合物吸附剂的制备及其重金属离子吸附性能

Synthesis andadsorption properties of magnetic polymer adsorbent for heavy metal ions

  • 摘要: 以KH570改性磁性纳米粒子和N, N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂, 采用水溶液自由基聚合制备了具有半互穿网络结构的磁性聚合物重金属离子吸附剂, 对其结构和性能进行了初步研究, 磁性纳米粒子、KH570改性磁性纳米粒子和磁性聚合物吸附剂均具有磁性Fe3O4的特征衍射峰, 磁性纳米粒子和KH570改性磁性纳米粒子具有较显著的Tyndall效应和磁响应性, 磁性聚合物吸附剂表面凹凸不平, 具有较多的微孔和沟壑, 60 min后重金属离子吸附趋于平衡, 90 min达到吸附平衡, Cu2+、Cd2+、Pb2+的平衡吸附量分别达到152 mg/g、131 mg/g和450 mg/g。

     

    Abstract: Magnetic polymer adsorbent with semi-interpenetrating network structure was prepared by water solution free radical polymerization using KH570 modified magnetic nanoparticles and N, N-methylene diacrylamide as crosslinking agent as crosslinking agents, and the structure and properties of the adsorbent were studied. Both magnetic nanoparticles, KH570 modified magnetic nanoparticles and magnetic polymer adsorbents have characteristic diffraction peaks of magnetic Fe3 O4. Magnetic nanoparticles and KH570 modified magnetic nanoparticles have significant Tyndall effect and magnetic responsiveness. Magnetic polymer adsorbent has uneven surface with many micropores and ravines, approaching heavy metal ions adsorption balance at 60 min, reaching heavy metal ions adsorption equilibrium at 90 min with adsorption capacities of Cu2+, Cd2+ and Pb2+ of 152 mg/g, 131 mg/g and 450 mg/g, respectively.
