双传输零点LTCC新型耦合谐振带通滤波器的设计

Designof New Coupled Resonator Bandpass Filters with Two-transmission Zeros Based on LTCC

  • 摘要: 本文借助低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)多层三维集成技术设计了一款中心频率为880MHz的带通滤波器,设计中采用集总LC谐振器与分布式耦合相结合的结构来实现小型化和高性能。该滤波器采用四级LC并联谐振单元通过彼此间电与磁依次交替耦合的新型结构实现了良好的带外特性,并通过在一、四级间添加交叉耦合引入两个传输零点,增加了带外衰减性能。经过电路仿真及三维电磁场仿真优化,最终设计的带通滤波器尺寸为4.5mm×4mm×1.5mm。实测结果表明,滤波器的中心频率880MHz,带宽160MHz,带内插损小于2dB,驻波比优于1.2,带外抑制大于25dB(0~700MHz,1.1GHz~2GHz),与仿真设计指标较吻合。

     

    Abstract: A method of designing a BPF is proposed in this paper based on LTCC multilayer 3D technology,the centre frequence is at 880 MHz,the filter is realized by the structure of lump-parameter LC resonators and the distributed coupling to ensure the miniaturization and high performance.The filter concludes four LC parallel resonances and each two get the Electric coupling and magnetic coupling alternately to reach to a well stopband rejection character,then by bring the cross-couple between the number one and number four,we can get two transmission zeros to improve the stopband rejection character effectively.Using the circuit simulation and 3D Electromagnetic Fields simulation software,at last,the dimension of the filter is 4.5mm×4mm×1.5mm.The real result shows that the centre frequnece is 880 MHz,its bandpass is 160 MHz,insert loss is less than 2dB,VSWR is lower than 1.2,and the stopband rejection ismore than 25dB(0~700 MHz,1.1GHz~2GHz),the simulation and the measurement results have achieve a good agreement.
