Abstract: Recent progresses in multi-layer ceramic capacitor research and manufacture, especiallythe wet-printing and ceramic Soufill film technology are reviewed. Development of normal MLC and high-voltage MLC are discussed. The problems in China’s MLC field and their solutions are alsopointed out.
