Abstract:
Superhydrophobic surface can reduce the flow resistance of liquid by forming underwater gas-liquid interfaces and has good drag reduction performance. It has broad application prospect in the field of underwater vehicles, microfluidic devices and pipeline transportation. Based on the wettability of superhydrophobic surface, the mechanism of drag reduction on superhydrophobic surface is discussed and introduced, and then the research status of the factors affecting the drag reduction efficiency of superhydrophobic surfaces, stabilization and recovery of underwater gas-liquid interfaces at home and abroad is focused on. Finally, the problems and development prospects of the application of superhydrophobic surface in underwater drag reduction are discussed, which can provide reference for the development of superhydrophobic underwater drag reduction technology.
